10 Boerne-ISD Schools Earn Top Rankings
On November 27, 2023, U.S. News & World Report included 10 campuses from the Boerne Independent School District in its list of top elementary and middle schools in Texas. These rankings position BISD schools within the top 40% statewide for both elementary and middle school education.
Every BISD elementary schools made the list and placed among the top 1,200 primary schools in the state.
In addition, all three BISD middle schools ranked among the top 420 middle schools in Texas, with Voss finishing the highest at #119.
Furthermore, each of the three middle schools in the Boerne Independent School District secured positions among the top 420 middle schools in Texas. Notably, Voss claimed the highest spot, reaching #119 in the rankings.
In August, U.S. News and World Report recognized both Champion and Boerne High School as standout public high schools in the state. The accolade extended to all 12 BISD campuses, placing them among the best in Texas.
According to the list, U.S. News & World Report evaluated a total of 45,236 elementary schools and 22,053 middle schools and ranked them based on their test performances, high school preparedness, as well as graduation rates.
