Bevy Hotel Boerne Texas Ground Breaking! Members from the City of Boerne Texas, Kendall County Texas, Boerne Kendall County Economic Development Corporation, Boerne Texas Chamber of Commerce, Phoenix Hospitality Group, and others joined together on January 29, 2018 for a Ground Breaking ceremony. The Bevy is a Double Tree (Hilton) branded 120-room hotel. It is positioned in the central part of South Boerne (aka “SOBO”). It will contain restaurants, swimming pool, a variety of room styles, and many other options. The Bevy in Boerne Texas is set to open in 2019.
