The new San Antonio IKEA To Open Sooner Than Expected! Originally thought to open Summer of 2019, IKEA is now likely to open January/February 2019 instead.
This new IKEA will be located in Live Oak at the intersection of 1604 and I-35. They will also be hiring almost 250 employees to work the 289,000 square foot store. Some of these positions include sales, customer service, warehouse and stocking as well as food service. While there’s no immediate information about wage, there will be some benefits including, medical and dental insurance and paid maternity/paternity leave. Those interested can apply here.
