The Boehm Commercial Group had the opportunity to connect with Dennis Murphree, Managing General Partner of Murphree General Partners, to discuss the Seven Hills Resort and Conference Center in Fredericksburg. The plan is to start construction in the first quarter of 2020. The expected completion date is within 20 months of the start date.
The Seven Hills Resort will be a mixed-use development that combines hospitality with entertainment-oriented retail. The combination of these uses will create a place that will be activated by locals, tourists and hotel guests.
The Curio Collection by Hilton, an upper scale, unique resort portfolio, will anchor the Seven Hills Resort and Conference Center. The Curio Collection properties appeal to travelers seeking unexpected and authentic experiences.
The Conference Center will be IDX certified with 35,000 square feet of space including a large ball room that can seat up to 600 people for banqueted events as well as 5,000 square feet of break-out rooms.
Additional amenities include a Health Club and Spa that will rival The Houstonian, an upscale shopping village. A 300-seat outdoor amphitheater will also be onsite for live music events.
