Our greatest thanks go to the Boehm team for the sale of our house.  Amy knew exactly how much to list the house for, she knew what it would sell for and within about 4 weeks we had an offer which turned into a sale.  Even though our home would not have been considered a “high dollar” type of sale…Amy and Lora treated us like we were “high end” clients.  We got immediate responses for issues that arose and were treated with great caring and respect.  Amy had enormous patience and her experience was quite evident!  We can’t say enough for Amy and her team.
