We selected the Boehm team as the selling agent for our San Antonio home.  We found them to be very prompt in returning our phone calls and emails, and in keeping appointments with us.  Amy very quickly made the home visit to arrange the listing details and had the listing on MLS within a couple of days.  We agreed to place the home on the market the weekend before Thanksgiving.  It was pretty scary given the time of the year and the economy, but we had our first offer within two days.  We owe a great deal of that to the professional marketing of the home by Amy, including the fliers outside and the binder left inside with the virtual  tour CD, not to mention the sound advice on the pricing.  After accepting the offer she worked diligently to get the best price possible.  We always felt she was truly looking out for us.  They provide an outstanding service for their clients.  In fact, this was the second home we have sold with their help and they were as good this time as we remembered.
