We observed Amy assisting neighbors with the sale of their home and when the opportunity arose for us to purchase a home in Boerne, we chose to contact her. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is effective in negotiations, presenting a calming affect for both buyer and seller. Within a six month span, we needed yet another home and because of her expertise, we called Amy immediately.
